Front of House Manager (Full-Time)

The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and nurturing the growth of all operational departments, positioning the restaurant for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Under the supervision of the Owner/Operator, the duties and responsibilities of the Front of House Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
·        Leads and oversees the overall growth and efficiency of all Front of House operations to meet the strategic business objectives and vision; Excellent interpersonal skills including with both guests and team members.
·        Cultivates a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders;
·        Fosters a culture of growth, product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity among team members and leaders;
·        Collaborates with the leadership team to drive sales, brand growth, ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and to enhance and develop new community initiatives;
·        Acts as an accountability coach for all area coordinators and oversees their development and departmental goals;
·        Develops leaders who are motivated, high-performing and embody the vision of the business;
·        Oversees all assistant managers and shift leaders area of ownership and their completion of goals;
·        Creates and implements innovative systems for operational excellence in the restaurant;
·        Ensures the adherence of top-tier food safety; Shows great attention to detail in all restaurant operations, documentation etc.
·        Handles the disciplinary process according to company policy, prioritizes constructive in-person conversations to help encourage growth, escalates disciplinary matters as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:  
 
·        High School Diploma or equivalent;
·        Valid Food Handler Certification or a willingness to obtain certification is required;
·        Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management and/or CRM software
·        Demonstrated leadership, team building and supervisory skills;
·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
·        Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tasks to work effectively under pressure;
·        Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.

Working Conditions:

·        Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
·        Able to work on a computer for long periods of time;
·        Required to work in a busy, open restaurant area and office which may result in constant interruptions;
·        Required to spend long hours concentrating which will require attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and
·        Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.

Compensation

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
